Kids sleep: where to start
Bedtime goes better when children can see what is coming. A picture routine chart shows the steps, a countdown moon shows the time, and a reward chart turns a good week into something to celebrate. The kids bedtime calculator works out the right lights-out time from your child’s age and wake-up time.
Charts print on A4 or US Letter. The night light and countdown work full screen on a phone or tablet, with a timer so they switch off on their own.
