Baby sleep: where to start
Baby sleep changes fast. The wake window that worked last month can lead to an overtired baby this month, and a regression can arrive just as nights were getting easier. These tools put the commonly cited ranges for each age in one place and do the arithmetic for you.
They are planning aids, not medical advice. Every baby is different, and if you are worried about your baby’s sleep, feeding or breathing, talk to your pediatrician or health visitor.
